At AYBL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gym wear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like socks and underwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred return shipping method and generate your prepaid postage label or QR code for a contactless drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse team.
